Constitutional Opinion Form
#1. Our policy does not interfere with a person’s freedom of belief because we are not forcing anybody to agree with us. Instead, we are allowing bus companies to sign a contract saying they will receive government funding, and must tell their employed bus drivers about our law, or else they will be fined.
#2. This does not interfere with a persons right to express themselves because we are not placing limits on what a person can say, write, or believe in general. We are only placing limits on how long a given bus driver can let his bus idle.
#3. Our policy does not allow to take a person’s life liberty or property without giving fair trial with another organization because in our policy, it states that the Police operating to inspect the busses will give each bus drivers 1 warning before they are fined, which means they have time to correct themselves, and they have time to go to trial if they do not believe their warning/fine is fair, which gives them the right to protest against out policy.
#4. Our policy does not relate to invading personal property and/or their home, but instead allows police to inspect to see if busses are idling en-route to a bus stop, or inside or within 100 feet of a defined school zone.
#5. Our policy does not unreasonably discriminate against people on the basis of race, religion, age, ethnic groups, or gender. Our policy does not violate this because we are not segregating any race, gender etc. and our policy does not relate to any of the above.
STATEMENT
Our policy does not violate the state or country’s constitutions because we do not restrict one’s belief, prevent one from expressing themselves, take one’s life or property without fair trial, invade one’s property without reason, and does not focus on any racial, religious, age, or ethnical group. We do not say one cannot believe something; never say you can’t say that you are against support the policy. We do not state that we will take one’s life and/or property without fair trail, and do not invade personal property. We do not discriminate unfairly on basis of race, age, religion, or ethnic group. That is why our policy is constitutional.
